What we do in the Western Cape:
TB HIV Care’s dedicated team of nurses, community health workers and social workers supports the WCG in the Cape Metro, West Coast District and Swartland Subdistrict, providing direct service delivery in clinics and healthcare facilities as well as home and community-based services to empower clients to take care of their health.
