Tani Moodley is the CEO and co-founder of Human Capital Matters, a Strategy & Human Resources consulting firm. A seasoned HR professional with a career spanning over 20 years in the mining, exploration, online marketing, and financial services sectors. Her expertise covers the full spectrum of the human resource lifecycle and creates environments that balance legal requirements, business functionality and company culture.

Tani has held senior positions at De Beers, Rio Tinto Mining & Exploration, Liberty Life and Osiris Trading. Tani specialises in leadership and management development and in the building of key leadership skills required to flourish in today’s working world. Tani works with both individuals and teams to create alignment towards organisational goals and strategic vision. She holds Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Social Science (Honours) and Master of Commerce (Industrial Relations – Cum Laude) Degrees and a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from the then University of Natal in Durban, South Africa.
