Arno Olivier

Arno Olivier is the Information and Technology Manager. Arno guides TB HIV Care’s technology adoption and implementation and plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day running – and success – of our projects and programmes. An accomplished IT professional with a love for harnessing technology to drive operational excellence, streamline processes and elevate productivity, Arno joined TB HIV Care after more than 16 years in the construction and mining sectors. With a particular passion for intricate, ever-changing environments, Arno is well-placed for his new role in the public health/NGO space.

Anje Pretorius

Anje Pretorius is the Monitoring and Evaluation Director for TB HIV Care. She oversees M&E efforts across all programmes in the organisation, including Care & Treatment, TB, Key Populations, DREAMS and other community interventions. Anje collaborates with the Information Systems team to develop and roll out new digital solutions to data collection, analytics, reporting and visualisation.

Anje has a Masters in Monitoring and Programme Evaluation from the University of Cape Town.

Anje has worked in the M&E field since 2007 on Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Global Fund, USAID, corporate and government-funded projects. She previously worked for the Desmond Tutu TB Centre and Ndlovu Care Group. Anje has a particular interest in user-friendly reporting and analytics, data-driven decision making and quality improvement.

Amanda Kweyama

Amanda Kweyama joined TB HIV Care in 2022 and is the Human Resources Director. Amanda oversees the HR department, which includes wellness, talent acquisition and retention and employee relations

Amanda has an honours degree in Human Resource Management and Industrial Psychology. She has significant and very relevant experience working within the non-profit health sector.

Amanda is a dedicated and passionate HR professional who believes that partnering with a business or organisational needs is key for the success and integration of the HR process within the organisation.

She is passionate about people and believes the employee is central to our organisation and the services we offer. She believes that a good balance between employer and employee engagement is critical to ensure the success of any organisation.
